Block reinforcement production
Block reinforcement mesh, also known as masonry mesh, is small mesh specially designed for concrete constructions. It has high tensile strength and good tenacity, which allows it can be bent without damaged. It is widely used in brick and masonry construction reinforcement to prevent or reduce cracking. It is a great building auxiliary material.
Our block reinforcement mesh is divided into block reinforcement and block reinforcement coil mesh by manufacturing technique.
Block reinforcement is a kind of welded wire mesh panel for reinforced concrete uses. It consists of two or more longitudinal wires (warp wires) that are connected with cross wires (weft wires) to form a ladder or truss configuration. As a result, it can be further divided into ladder mesh reinforcement and truss mesh reinforcement.

Ladder mesh reinforcement is a kind of welded wire mesh consisting of several parallel longitudinal wires (side wire) flush welded with perpendicular cross wires and creating the appearance of a ladder. It generally combines a block work fixed with concrete or bricks to increase the elasticity and performance of masonry construction of vertical wall work under various stresses.
It is recommended for multiwythe walls with cavity spaces or unfilled collar joints as it permits two wythes to move independently, yet still transfers out-of-plane loads from the exterior masonry to the interior masonry wall. Cross wires on center shall be used for reinforced concrete masonry construction, to keep cross wires out of the core spaces, thus preventing them from interfering with the placement of vertical reinforcement and grout.

Truss mesh reinforcement is a kind of welded wire mesh consisting of longitudinal wires welded to a continuous diagonal formed cross wire and forming a truss design. It generally combines a block work fixed with concrete or bricks to increase the elasticity and performance of masonry construction of vertical wall work under various stresses. It is recommended for single wythe concrete masonry walls as the diagonal cross wires may interfere with the placement of vertical reinforcing steel and grout. This structure unit allows continuous deformation along each longitudinal rod for superior bonding performance.

Block reinforcement coil mesh is manufactured by punching and stretching thin galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel sheet. It generally has high tensile strength and excellent resistance to pressure and temperature changes. Furthermore, it can perfectly embedded into the mortar layer to provide added strength and stability to help resist tensile stresses where settlement occurs.
It is mainly used in brick and masonry constructions for cracking prevention and reinforcement. It is generally provided at areas where high stress concentrates to dissipate these stresses to areas of low stress.
