Corner bead is an important material used in construction and decoration, primarily for protecting and beautifying wall corners. It is usually made of metal or plastic and is installed at the corners of drywall (gypsum board) to ensure the corners are flat and sturdy. The main function of corner bead is to prevent wall corners from being impacted and worn during daily use, reducing the risk of cracking. At the same time, it can provide a smooth, sharp edge, enhancing the overall appearance of the wall.

Expanded corner bead

Expanded corner bead consists of 2 expanded metal wings with a width of 2-5/8" and a solid metal nose. The wide wings are flexible and can be easily flexed over irregular, uneven surfaces, which makes it an ideal choice for irregular corners. Plaster keys near the solid nose provide reinforcement where needed most to ensure straight corners.

We offer both Galvanized steel and Stainless steel expanded corner beads. Generally, Galvanized steel expanded corner beads are recommended for internal uses and Stainless steel expanded corner beads are recommended for external uses. Expanded corner bead is designed to provide true, straight corners to avoid cracking and chipping while protecting edges from impact damage. It is often used for exterior wall corner reinforcement and protection.

Double-X corner bead

Double-X corner bead provides extra strength and rigidity by integrating a 3-1/4" wide wing with an added stiffener ridge, which makes it a perfect choice for corners in high traffic areas.

Aluminium corner bead with fiberglass mesh

Aluminium corner bead with fiberglass mesh consists of perforated aluminium angle bead and reinforcing fiberglass mesh. It is specially designed for all 90 °C angle constructions, including interior plastering, wall corners, arches, windows and doors.

Aluminium corner bead with fiberglass mesh can solve common corner construction problems quickly and effectively, such as out-of-straight positive angles, rough surfaces and easily damaged wall corners.

Round or square perforated openings on Aluminium corner bead with fiberglass mesh are designed to seal the substrate easily. The fiberglass mesh plays a role of reinforcement that offers an added strength for corner structures.

Perforated drywall plaster corner bead

Perforated drywall plaster corner bead is a metal strip attached along an inner or outer corner of stucco walls. It consists of 2 expanded metal wings and a solid metal nose. It may serve as a plaster block to provide straight edges and high strength to support and protect building corners from cracking and chipping while offering a clean, neat plaster surface.

Perforated drywall plaster corner bead comes in a variety of patterns and types to suit to different wall types.

Micro Angle Bead

Micro angle bead is designed for thin or single layer plaster, mainly used for corner protection. They are popular thin-layer corner beads with fine mesh fins that provide additional strength and stability.

Render-Lock Corner Bead

The render-lock corner bead is usually made of galvanized steel or aluminum and is widely used in modern wall and ceiling rendering and insulation systems.

Aluminum corner bead is suitable for gypsum and synthetic resin pastes designed for internal and external environments. The galvanized carbon steel corner bead is mainly used for interior use and is compatible with a variety of plasters. Both kinds of corner bead materials can meet different construction needs.

In addition, there are two types of render-lock corner bead edges: one is with edges, edge width 5–10 mm, another is without edges.

Screed Guide

Screed guide is used as a supporting guide for plastering to obtain a more even surface. It has a deflection height of 6 mm and 9 mm and is made of galvanized steel.

It provides surface alignment, serving as a guide for an even plaster layer. The galvanized coating protects it from rust, making it ideal for damp areas. It also speeds up work and boosts precision.

Thin Coat Angle Bead

The thin coat angle bead is designed for skim coat plastering on plasterboard or smooth block. Perforated wings with nail location holes allow easy fixing and help protect corners at their weakest point. It is suitable for use on plasterboard or aerated concrete blocks.

The galvanized coating provides excellent corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the angle bead. Packaging options include eco-friendly pallet packing or custom-made cardboard boxes. Pack size: 50 / 100 pieces.

Metal Corner Bead

Metal corner bead are widely used in decoration projects. They can effectively protect the corners of walls from external impacts, preventing damage such as bumps, cracks, and paint peeling.
